Once a day, Peppa takes her stuffed pig out for a walk around the neighborhood. Windows are open to allow fresh air in and because there is an open meadow outside, there is always the smell of daffodils in the air.
Everything is kept spick and span, so the home smells so nice and fresh every day. Its home is cleaned and dusted off every speck of dust every day and the sock pig itself is dusted and cleaned too. Sock pig Oink Oink is super clean because its owner, Peppa, makes cleanliness and neatness a priority. Just like any other pet, pigs are dirty only when their owners are! So if you keep your pigs clean, they will be clean too.

I just finished making this set and I think it’s particularly cute! If your kids like reading about Pig and Trevor’s goofy antics, then they’ll probably love following story time playing with Pig and Trevor paper bag puppets. It’s hard to choose but I think Pig the Slob is my favourite: You can click each image to see the books on Amazon (affiliate links). The author, Aaron Blabey has written 9 humorous books in this series, with the latest one being a Halloween version called Pig the Monster. The books are generally appropriate for ages 3-6, though sometimes the humor (which can be a little dark at times) feels like it might be appropriate for slightly older children. Pig’s gross facial expressions and both dogs’ body language can be pretty funny. Most of the humor is in the illustrations. Pig can be rude, obnoxious, greedy and lazy, but he always gets his comeuppance and generally redeems himself. I have no idea how I missed Pig and Trevor - two hilarious puppy pals. I’m embarrassed to say that I only became aware of them earlier this year.
